Abstract
This short paper presents the recently published Dagstuhl Manifesto ‘QoE Vadis?‘. The Manifesto is the result of a set of three Dagstuhl Seminars and one Dagstuhl Perspectives Workshop, aimed at shaping understanding, development and application of the Quality of Experience (QoE) notion and concept.
