The results showed three constructs of the PCSR that are related to job satisfaction: satisfaction with leadership and nature of the work; satisfaction with salary; and satisfaction with coworkers. The perception of CSR significantly influences the three constructs. Abstract

This research aims to verify if the perception of corporate social responsibility (PCSR) of employees influences in the job satisfaction.
