摘要

随着专业学位毕业生规模的迅速扩大,如何对专业学位毕业生进行创业教育成为一个亟待解决的问题。当前大学生创业教育普遍存在知识与实践分离的弊端,其根源在于传统创业教育在“刚性”组织体制下的脱节。运用柔性组织理论,结合研究生专业学位的特点,构建了基于柔性组织的研究生专业学位“知行合一”模式,有助于实现“专业与创新、动力与行动、学术与产业相结合”的专业学位创业教育。
