Data processing for hypothesis verification was statistically processed using SPSS 24.0 (ver), and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the thematic, subjective, timely, spatial and local, deviation and resolution elements of the sub-factors of strategic planning had a statistically significant effect on festival satisfaction. Second, the thematic, subjective, spatial and emotional elements of the strategic planning sub-factors had a statistically significant effect on the urban regeneration performance. Third, satisfaction with the festival program had a statistically significant effect on all of the overall urban regeneration performance, physical environmental performance, socio-cultural performance, and industrial economic performance of sub-factors.
