摘要

-面对第四次工业革命(工业4.0),印度尼西亚必须准备对国家制造业进行重大变革。因此,在建立创新和可持续的生产系统,特别是职业教育方面,需要新的方法和能力。使用的研究类型是定量的,使用定量和平均描述性分析。结果表明:1)要求实习讲师必须具有行业工作经验;2)根据工作和技术的需要,规划培训师的知识、技能和态度;3)升级机械和实用设备;4)与相关行业合作策划、实施、评估学生产品;5)持续评估和改进学生产品;6)根据市场需求,加大学生产品的创意和创新;7)生产适销对路的产品,并在学校陈列室展示;8)增加行业内行业工作实践的时间和质量;9)与业界合作,对学生产品进行质量控制;卖学生用品。
