Detected some needs in teachers in training (FP), a comprehensive plan is presented. It is based on the orientation of the future teacher, teaching in digital tools and online environments, as well as communication skills. Through survey processes, the perception of the FP is collected. These teachers value the actions carried out very positively: important regarding their incorporation into the online practices and in relation to the perceived improvement in their communication skills (face-to-face and online environments).
