摘要

针对钢管堆垛过程中四缸电液伺服系统的同步运动控制问题,建立了具有外环和内环的系统非线性模型;然后,针对每个气缸的期望负载压力,采用同步空间变换、定量反馈理论(QFT)和控制分配理论(CAT)提出了非线性串级控制器,解决了外环的冗余控制问题;最后,在内环中,采用非线性扰动观测器理论(NDOB)跟踪期望负载压力。仿真和实际应用表明,所设计的控制器具有良好的同步性能,能够有效地对钢管堆垛系统中的四缸同步运动进行控制。
