Also, the rule-base of this expert system composes basic rules suggested by KEPCO (Korean electric power company), including topology identification rules, topology error identification rules and heuristic rules. Identification of topology error in double-bus double-breaker substations
This paper introduces an expert system to identify and correct a topology error in double-bus double-breaker substations.
