摘要

可用性是电子政务网站向发展中国家公民提供最优服务的关键质量属性。本研究旨在调查孟加拉电子政务网站的可用性现状。本文运用两种分析性可用性评价方法,对孟加拉国电子政务网站可能存在的可用性问题进行了实证研究。这项研究在22名测试参与者中重复进行。研究结果表明,孟加拉国的电子政务网站存在明显的可用性问题。
