摘要

本文设计了一种检测传感器。建立了基于电荷感应机理的数学模型和仿真模型。利用有限元法研究了传感器的特性。采用遗传算法和ANSYS相结合的方法分析最优敏感响应。业绩已经评估过了。并以三个探头刻度串联的装置为例,说明该装置的尺寸是最敏感的问题。同时,提出了一种基于差分原理的三探头测量系统。
