摘要

针对入侵检测系统中存在大量包含冗余和噪声特征的数据,以及分类器算法较差导致检测精度下降的问题,本文引入随机森林特征选择算法,提出了一种基于深度学习的多分类器集成入侵检测方法。使用随机森林特征选择算法提取最优特征子集,并通过支持向量机、决策树、naïve贝叶斯和k近邻分类算法进行训练,然后应用深度学习对四个分类器的输出进行叠加。实验结果表明,与主流投票算法相比,该方法能有效提高入侵检测的准确率。
