摘要

本文提出了一种采用太阳能作为直流输入和感应加热技术的高效零电压开关并联准谐振逆变器的设计方案。利用PSIM软件设计了谐振式逆变器,并利用PROTEUS软件对所设计的模型进行了验证,在ZVS条件下,不同等效加热工件电阻的工作频率在20KHz左右。通过改变占空比值,可以在一定范围内改变谐振频率。文中给出了基于PSIM和PROTEUS的谐振逆变器的详细设计,并给出了ZVS工况的仿真结果和数据分析。
