摘要

热控系统安全评价是整个火电厂安全评价的重要组成部分。构建了安全评价指标体系,给出了指标体系中各因素初始权重的确定方法。为了加强小故障因素对整体安全评价的影响,提出了变权法。采用模糊模式识别方法对热控系统的安全性进行了评价。实例分析表明,该评价方法是可行和有效的。
