摘要

测度新能源汽车关键技术链上产业政策的叠加性,运用多元回归模型探讨各项政策措施叠加对整体协调性的影响。结果表明,现有产业政策的多重叠加对有效促进新能源汽车产业技术发展的作用有限;未来政策的调整应基于对关键技术链的动态监测。关键词:新能源汽车;关键技术链;叠加效果;政策优化
