摘要

本文设计了一种基于衬底集成波导(SIW)的微波波段小型化宽带带通滤波器。该滤波器周期性地在SIW金属表面蚀刻对称凹槽,形成缺陷地面结构(DGS),分别产生高频导通和带隙效应。此外,该设计还增强了带外抑制,减小了电路面积。通过结合衬底集成波导的高通特性和缺陷地结构的低通特性来实现通带内的滤波效果。仿真结果表明,该滤波器的中心频率为26GHz,通带范围为22.5GHz ~ 29.5GHz,其中回波损耗小于−10dB,插入损耗大于−2dB。
