Users only need to have the network and terminal devices (fixed terminals and mobile terminals) to access education cloud resources anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this study is to propose the design of an education information technology platform based on cloud architecture technology. The j2ee technology is described, and the functions of each functional module are introduced separately. The problems faced by the platform's job scheduling performance are explored to propose weighted polling with a priority algorithm (PBWRR). Through comparison experiments with the FCFS algorithm, PBWRR satisfies the prioritization process while improving the efficiency of the education information technology platform.
