This research aims to explore and investigates which project management methodology is recommended for artificial intelligence (AI) transformation projects. Aligning projects with strategic business goals is necessary to achieve the desired outcomes for any digital transformation program. Project management methodology helps standardize studies of an ongoing project that might have a continuous effect on the organization. It also helps secure the standard practices, language, and processes that ensure the smooth flow of a project and are vital for project management.
