摘要

本研究以30名小学4 ~ 6年级学生和15个对照组为对象,每周进行3次、每次60分钟的跆拳道训练,持续12周,观察跆拳道训练对学生健康和工作记忆的影响。首先,参加跆拳道训练前后学生健康体力的变化中肌肉力量没有变化,肌肉耐力、速度、柔韧性、心肺耐力的变化有统计学意义(p< 0.001)。第二,在参加跆拳道训练前后的工作记忆变化中,数字记忆、数字连接和算术方面的变化有统计学意义(p< 0.001)。本研究结果发现,跆拳道训练计划能有效改变小学生的学生健康体能,进而影响小学生工作记忆的改善,从而有效提高学习能力。
