In this paper present energy saving and the design of an induction machine control system are examined. Based on an experimental case study involving a Motor Current Signal Analysis (MCSA) technique challenge for an audition. Wavelet Decomposition (WD) categorization is a part of the signal processing and it transfers data faults to Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations based on criteria standards. The results show that harmonic distortion and peak densities of current signal spectra can be detected by fault analysis and design protection systems.
