Starting from the prototype of LC ladder bandpass filter and assigning the proper state variables, the state equations of the LC ladder bandpass filter are rewritten in terms of the current-mode state variables and current-mode high-Q bandpass biquadratic functions. Thus, the current-mode ladder filter can be constructed by directly using the current-mode high-Q bandpass biquads as basic cells. A 6th order current-mode bandpass ladder filter with the center frequency up to 50 MHz has been successfully designed by using the current-mode high-Q biquadratic bandpass filters. It has the advantageous features of low component sensitivity and simple structure. 摘要

本文提出并分析了一种利用VHF电流模带通双电路直接实现VHF电流模带通阶梯滤波器的新设计方法。VHF电流型带通双电路采用跨阻放大-电容结构实现。此外,将特殊的q增强技术应用于双二次元,获得可调谐的高质量因子q。从LC阶梯带通滤波器的原型出发,分配适当的状态变量,将LC阶梯带通滤波器的状态方程改写为电流模状态变量和电流模高q带通双二次函数。因此,可以直接使用电流模高q带通双单元作为基本单元来构建电流模阶梯滤波器。利用电流模高q双二次型带通滤波器,成功设计了中心频率可达50mhz的6阶电流模带通阶梯滤波器。它具有元件灵敏度低、结构简单等优点。它也没有直流不稳定的问题。
