摘要
本文介绍了两种工作频率为1.3 μ m /1的对偶和斜面结构的波长解复用器。55µm。利用有限差分波束传播方法(FD-BPM)分别模拟和分析了波长解复用器的各种状态,并对波长解复用器的结构参数进行了设计和优化。最后,对各种波长解复用器的容差、优缺点进行了分析比较。
Design and comparison of two kinds of silicon-on-insulator wavelength demultiplexers based on multimode interference
