摘要

针对舰载雷达转塔在海况下对姿态稳定性的高要求,设计了两轴舰载雷达转塔伺服控制系统的硬件和软件。采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812和FPGA芯片作为伺服控制核心进行控制器设计,采用Copley电机驱动器驱动电机。控制软件采用“电流+速度+位置”三闭环控制方式,在CCS3.3开发平台上开发PID控制算法。建立了系统的三闭环控制模型,并利用Matlab的Simulink模块进行了仿真,得到了系统响应时间为30ms的结果。最后,通过实验验证,表明所设计的舰载雷达转台伺服控制系统满足设计要求。
