BioDiesel Fuel from waste oil is now marked around the world.Meanwhile, it is needed to visualize for the executing of efficient policy. Thus, in this research, cloud based environmental load estimation system is proposed. The cloud-based system is widely available for all business scales.In addition, for visualization of the effect from the recycling of waste oil and its collection, a method using the Smartphone is proposed. Some of cordially projects for the environment can be inefficient as regards of whole life cycle of the project. From a perspective of Life Cycle Assessment,boundary conditions about consumer behavior for the project are set appropriately to estimate of effect. 摘要

近年来,环境问题已成为世界上最重要的问题之一。从废油中提取的生物柴油现在在世界各地都有标记。同时,为了有效的政策执行,需要可视化。因此,本研究提出了基于云的环境负荷估计系统。基于云的系统广泛适用于所有业务规模。此外,为了可视化废油回收和收集的效果,提出了一种使用智能手机的方法。从项目的整个生命周期来看,一些热心环保的项目可能效率低下。从生命周期评估的角度,适当设置项目的消费者行为边界条件,对效果进行评估。我们提出的测量方法有助于废油生物柴油项目的有效实施。
