摘要

基于卡车自动变速器的算法和控制策略,设计了电控单元(ECU)。在此基础上,建立了优化换挡质量和缩短试验时间的设计模型。ECU (electronic control unit)硬件电路图由电源模块、信号输入通道、信号输出通道、数据存储模块、驱动电路、通信接口模块等组成。首先进行设计,然后进行ECU硬件的制造。ECU系统安装在TEREX TR100矿用卡车上,测试结果令人满意,工作稳定可靠。
