They represent a suite of technologies, tools, and processes that, when implemented and utilised skillfully, can have a very positive impact on the ability to provide a quality teaching and learning environment. The University of New South Wales (UNSW), School of Mining Engineering in Australia has successfully implemented the open source Moodle as the sole LMS in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
