摘要

本文就线粒体癌变概念统一的细胞恶性化机制的不同观点作一简要综述。根据这一概念,致癌的主要触发因素(自由基、致癌物、热波动)诱导线粒体DNA和膜损伤,导致细胞能量代谢向糖酵解型重排,线粒体结构和繁殖受到干扰。线粒体DNA的损伤部分与细胞核DNA结合,诱导癌基因的激活、癌蛋白的出现和细胞的恶性化。
