大型客机的设计制造是一项大型系统工程,研究时间长、技术复杂、研究费用高、风险大。它需要各部门的配合,也会给产品数据管理带来困难。本文结合欧美飞机制造企业常用的模块理论,研究了产品结构的构建和管理方法。结合中国大飞机项目的发展特点,建立了基于配置项的产品结构树。
