Based on the analysis results, the following conclusions were drawn: COVID-19 Pandemic has siginificant impact on the innovation of elementary school prospective principals in Karanganyar Regency. Prospective principals who live in the Covid-19 zone have seven times greater innovation capability than those who live in the white zone (OR = 6.79; 95% CI = 1.18 -38.89). 摘要
