This research was a cross-sectional study using quantitative methods. The study population was elementary school teachers in Karanganyar Regency. The samples of this study were 40 teachers / prospective principals. The sampling in this study was conducted using random sampling techniques. The data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis results, the following conclusions were drawn: COVID-19 Pandemic has siginificant impact on the innovation of elementary school prospective principals in Karanganyar Regency. Prospective principals who live in the Covid-19 zone have seven times greater innovation capability than those who live in the white zone (OR = 6.79; 95% CI = 1.18 -38.89). 摘要
本研究旨在确定COVID-19大流行对Karanganyar县小学未来校长创新的影响。本研究采用定量方法进行横断面研究。研究对象为卡兰干雅县的小学教师。本研究样本为40名教师/准校长。本研究采用随机抽样技术进行抽样。数据是通过问卷调查收集的。使用逻辑回归分析技术对数据进行分析。基于分析结果，得出以下结论:新冠肺炎疫情对Karanganyar县小学准校长创新有显著影响。居住在新冠肺炎地区的准校长的创新能力是居住在白色地区的准校长的7倍(OR = 6.79;95% ci = 1.18 -38.89)。这一结论是在控制了性别作为混杂因素的影响后得出的。
