The approval of this study is a qualitative evaluation. Data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing data, arranging, censoring, looking for patterns and finding what was systematically meaningful. The results of the study show the teacher's ability to manage classrooms from physical conditions: setting tables and chairs in groups and all students face the blackboard, social-emotional: communicating with students and guardian students by forming class communities, and organization: trying problems between students. The conclusion of this study is the ability of teachers in classroom management which is included in both categories.
