Firstly, by the analysis of drum filter actuating device’s key feature, mechanical structure and main failure form, it found that equipment maintenance trend was transitioning from shutdown maintenance or periodic inspection to real-time online condition monitoring and fault analysis. Secondly, based on the actual situation of the fault concentrate on the medium/high speed first stage reducer, especially the bearing fault, this paper mainly introduced the application cases of drum filter failure prediction and health management, the validity and accuracy of diagnostic conclusions were verified by the equipment maintenance. 摘要

本文主要研究了核电站鼓式过滤执行装置的故障预测与健康管理。首先,通过对鼓式过滤机作动装置的主要特点、机械结构和主要故障形式的分析,发现设备维护趋势正在从停机维护或定期检查向实时在线状态监测和故障分析过渡。其次,根据故障集中在中/高速一级减速机,特别是轴承故障的实际情况,本文主要介绍了转鼓过滤器故障预测和健康管理的应用案例,通过设备维护验证了诊断结论的有效性和准确性。本案例为实施预测性维护和状态维护提供了实践指导,为电厂稳定运行提供了有力保障,有助于实现电厂效率最大化的目标。
