EVOLUÇÃO DO SARAMPO NO ESTADO DE RORAIMA E A ATUAL SITUAÇÃO VACINAL NO BRASIL

The measles is an infection viral caused by the RNA virus that belongs to the gender Morbillivirus and the family Paramyxoviridae. The main reservoir of that infection viral is the man, the susceptibility is universal, it is stood out that the measles is a disease imunoprevinível. The present study is justified for the need of understanding the epidemic profile of the measles in the state of Roraima.It was aimed at to analyze, starting from secondary data, the evolution of the measles in the state of Roraima and the current situation vacinal against that offence in Brazil in the period of 2017 á 2018. It is a study ecological, descriptive, traverse, with quantitative and retrospective approach. The analysis of the data of the present study was accomplished starting from sources as statistical tables and informative documents of Ministry of Health, System of Information of the National Program of Immunizations (TabNet-immunizations) and of DATASUS. Starting from the analysis of the exposed data, it is noticed that the cases of measles in the state of Roraima present growth in the last years. It is observed that the covering vacinal against the measles was more effective in the areas center-west, South area and north area. The covering of the vaccine triple viral in the state of Roraima in some municipal districts are very low in relation to the goal of Ministry of Health that extols 95% of covering vacinal. It is observed that in none of the two doses the total covering didn't obtain successes. The information elucidated in the study serve as embasamento to review the need to improve the covering vacinal in the areas of Brazil, mainly in the North area, which presented the smallest index of covering vacinal in 2017, and in her the state of Roraima is placed, where municipal districts reached vaccination index a lot low á of the goal, as well as he/she stands out that the North area receives immigrants daily.
