This architecture is based on the resistive termination LNA. The proposed LNA consumes just 2.4 mW power. Its bandwidth is between 2 and 2.7 GHz. The simulated LNA shows a high voltage gain of about 22.7 dB with 0.86 dB minimal noise figure at 2.45 GHz frequency.
