This paper builds on WINDOWS to develop an application that runs on a PC and its compatible machines to achieve multitasking remote control of CNC tools. The system allows simultaneous file editing, etc., while performing RS-232 serial communication. The system does not require additional hardware and can make full use of the PC's hardware resources, with good compatibility and control accuracy. 摘要

现代制造业追求效率和质量,特别是存在多品种、小批量企业的大容量数控程序,越来越依赖于数控机床的远程控制和管理。远程双向程序传输效率高、速度快、衰减率低、误码率低,可显著简化工人操作程序,降低程序输入错误率,规范数控程序管理。目前,远程数控刀具系统在精度、自动化、集成化和信息化水平上仍有很大的提升空间和潜力,对加工产品的成本和质量起着至关重要的作用和影响。为此,本文首先分析了数控刀具系统的概念和典型特点,然后对远程数控刀具系统的设计与开发进行了研究,给出了远程数控刀具系统的开发利用原则和策略。本文在WINDOWS操作系统的基础上,开发了一个运行在PC机及其兼容机器上的应用程序,实现数控刀具的多任务远程控制。系统允许同时进行文件编辑等操作,同时进行RS-232串行通信。该系统不需要额外的硬件,可以充分利用PC机的硬件资源,具有良好的兼容性和控制精度。该系统的应用可以显著提高企业的制造效率,实现网络化、信息化的制造综合数控刀具控制。
