摘要

本文设计了一种双层3dB HMSCIW功率分配器。采用HMCSIW结构设计功率分压器,该功率分压器具有传统SIW功率分压器耦合强、成本低、制造工艺简单等优点,也可直接连接有源电路。仿真结果表明,当中心频率为10 GHz时,8.6GHz ~ 12.6 GHz之间回波损耗优于18 dB,且S12等于S13,几乎在-4dB左右,性能良好。该装置易于与有源电路集成。
