摘要

本研究旨在通过8周壶铃训练对跆拳道运动员下肢无氧能力及相关肌肉厚度的影响,提出合适的训练方法。选取目前已注册运动员7名,进行8周的壶铃训练,通过测量前、测量后的非参数检验wilcoxon检验来确认差异。在本研究中,使用wingate厌氧功率测量仪和超声波仪测量差异。研究的结果是,在每体重的平均功率和无氧功率的峰值功率方面发现了显著的改善。下肢五块代表性肌肉股直肌、股外侧肌、股中间肌、股内侧肌和股二头肌长肌均有明显改善。
