The structural components of the professional readiness of future heads of preschool education institutions for managerial activities are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the actualization of the innovative potential of future heads of preschool education institutions, their creative attitude to successful management activities.Attention is focused on creating a favorable innovative educational environment in a higher education institution for the formation of managerial professional skills. The definitions of the concepts of “readiness” and “professional readiness” are characterized. The significance of the competence approach in the formation of professional readiness of future managers of preschool education institutions for management activities is actualized.

摘要

本文从学前教育机构未来负责人的专业培训入手,探讨了培养学前教育机构未来负责人从事管理活动的专业准备问题。强调了学前教育机构未来负责人的管理活动的专业准备的结构组成部分。特别关注未来学前教育机构负责人的创新潜力的实现,他们对成功管理活动的创新态度。高等院校注重为管理专业技能的形成创造良好的创新教育环境。对“准备就绪”和“专业准备就绪”概念的定义进行了描述。实现了能力取向在学前教育机构未来管理者职业准备形成中的重要意义。 关键词:专业培训;职业准备;经理;学前教育机构;管理活动;管理能力;能力本位的方法;创新潜力;创造性的工作态度。
