摘要

本文提出了教育过程伦理管理的概念,作为人格职业道德形成的基础。这一概念的主要思想是在发现或重新创造教育系统的价值意义的基础上,实现对教育系统的有组织和规范的伦理管理,这是在整体教育过程中伦理关系发挥作用的迫切需要。教育过程管理的价值意义的发现或再创造发生在伦理价值体系的实现过程中,表现为在这一管理过程中所创造的伦理关系的价值意义共性。因此,教育过程伦理管理的价值意义为实现以下目标提供了方法论基础:阐述组织和规范教育过程伦理管理的技术;培养教育机构管理者的职业道德;掌握与参与者互动的道德价值文化教育过程。通过实验研究,确定了未来教育机构管理者职业道德形成的一般模式和特殊模式,表现在他们对组织和规范教育过程伦理管理的方法的掌握。
