The author highlights the issues regarding supplies, utilities and personnel that faced an orphanage in the city of Kuibyshev, as well as reconstructs historical specifics of efforts in education and health care. Information provided in the paper includes student profiles (names, age, gender) sources from documents that were previously unknown to academia.
