The basis of this research is seen in the weak mastery of English possessed by students of the travel business study program. This study also aims to find specific motivations that best influence learning English. This study used a qualitative method by giving participants a questionnaire consisting of 20 statements and a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed using statistical procedures and described descriptively. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定影响学生在达鲁萨兰国理工学院巨港旅游商业学习计划学习英语的动机的变量。本研究的基础在于旅游商科专业学生对英语的掌握程度较低。本研究还旨在找到最能影响英语学习的具体动机。本研究采用定性方法,给参与者一份由20个陈述和李克特量表组成的问卷。使用的采样技术是饱和采样。调查问卷的数据采用统计程序进行分析,并进行描述性描述。调查结果表明,外部激励因素的贡献大于内部激励因素,外部激励因素中,教师质量和教材质量是维持学习动机最主要的子因素。
