Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang. This research includes associative research. The population in this study were 114 people with a sample of 54 people using the cluster random sampling technique . The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the F hypothesis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research analysis that: there is a significant influence of leadership, competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang; there is a significant influence of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang; there is a significant effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang; there is a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. 本研究的目的是确定领导,能力和工作纪律对员工的绩效在PT.阿斯特拉本田汽车(AHM)巨港的影响。本研究包括联想研究。本研究的总体为114人,采用整群随机抽样技术选取54人作为样本。本研究的资料收集方法为问卷(questionnaire)和文献法。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归与F假设,t检验和决定系数。研究分析结果表明:领导能力、胜任能力和工作纪律对巨港本田汽车公司(AHM)员工绩效有显著影响;领导对PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang的员工绩效有显著影响;胜任力对PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang公司员工的绩效有显著影响;工作纪律对PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Palembang公司员工绩效有显著影响,决定系数为86.1%。
