摘要

本研究旨在探讨东龙目岛村官组织氛围与工作满意度对村长变革型领导组织公民行为的影响。分析数据的步骤是验证性因子分析、多元回归分析和路径分析。结果表明:变革型领导对工作满意度有正向但不显著的影响,变革型领导对工作氛围有正向显著的影响,变革型领导对组织公民行为有正向显著的影响,工作氛围对组织公民行为有正向显著的影响,工作氛围对工作满意度有正向显著的影响。行为和工作满意度对组织公民行为有显著的正向影响。工作满意度对组织公民行为有正向但不显著的影响,工作满意度对组织公民行为有正向但不显著的影响。
