The results of a survey of 124 applicants representing various higher education institutions of Ukraine are presented. It is shown that the main parameters that must be taken into account when organizing online training are: training platform, content, communication organization, schedule organization, evaluation and reporting, technical support, motivation. Each of these aspects has its own characteristics and requires attention and systematic support. The most optimal way of researching the level of satisfaction with the organization of online education is a questionnaire, as a research method that allows you to quickly and flexibly obtain information about new topics in the field of education. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was determined that the applicants are most satisfied with the evaluation and reporting, the quality of the educational content, the organization of communication and the platform for learning. 摘要

本文致力于研究高校学生对在线教育组织各方面的满意度。文章介绍了对代表乌克兰各高等教育机构的 124 名申请人的调查结果。结果表明,在组织在线培训时必须考虑的主要参数有:培训平台、内容、交流组织、时间安排、评估和报告、技术支持、激励。这些方面各有特点,需要给予关注和系统支持。研究在线教育组织满意度的最佳方式是问卷调查,这种研究方法可以快速灵活地获取教育领域新课题的相关信息。根据问卷调查的结果,确定申请人最满意的是评估和报告、教学内容的质量、交流的组织和学习的平台。申请者认为日程安排、教育过程的技术支持和对教育动机的支持不尽人意。
