Experimental animals were clustered into three groups. The first group as a control (-) that was without STZ and NA induction, the second group as a control (+) was induced by STZ 60 mg/kgBW plus NA 120 mg/kgBW, and the treatment group (P) was induced by STZ and NA then given MT- SPM 0.1 mL/200 g BW intraperitoneally (i.p) once every three days for 30 days. Based on the Independent T-test, a p-value <0.001 or p <0.05 was obtained, so it was concluded that there was a significant difference in body weight in each group. The results showed an increase in body weight in the treatment group (P) compared to the control group (+). 摘要
本研究旨在确定间充质干细胞条件培养基(MSC-CM)对改善 2 型糖尿病大鼠(Rattus Norvegicus,Sprague Dawley 品系)体重的影响。实验动物分为三组。第一组为对照组(-),不使用 STZ 和 NA 诱导;第二组为对照组(+),使用 STZ 60 毫克/千克体重加 NA 120 毫克/千克体重诱导;治疗组(P)使用 STZ 和 NA 诱导,然后腹腔注射 MT- SPM 0.1 毫升/200 克体重,每三天一次,连续 30 天。根据独立 T 检验,P 值小于 0.001 或 P 值小于 0.05,可得出各组体重存在显著差异的结论。结果显示,与对照组(+)相比,治疗组(P)的体重有所增加。因此,间充质干细胞-CM可以通过增加2型DM大鼠模型的体重来改善2型DM的病情。
