Field p-Channel Transistors Based on GaN/AlN/GaN Heterostructures on a Silicon Substrate
Abstract
Various types of p-channel field-effect transistors based on GaN/AlN/GaN heterostructures are considered. The channel is formed by a polarization-induced two-dimensional hole gas.
