In recent years, significant advancements have been made in Mn(OAc)<sub>3</sub> chemistry, markedly expanding the boundaries of synthetic radical chemistry. This review offers a consolidated and critical overview of the latest developments and applications of Mn(OAc)<sub>3</sub> in organic synthesis over the past decade. The emphasis is placed on efforts that strive to achieve milder reaction conditions and broaden the range of synthesis opportunities.
