There was no significant reduction in alpha-band activity, indicating no improvement in sensorimotor processing.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><div>The immediate impact of sensorimotor insoles on sensorimotor processing and gait characteristics in PD patients remains inconclusive.
