摘要

本研究的目的是测量韩国重症监护室护士的肠内营养(EN)实践及其相关因素。对3所大学医院重症监护室的224名护士进行了调查。肠内营养实践是根据韩国EN护理指南进行测量的。EN练习的平均得分为4.02±0.46(范围:1-5)。医院指南和科室协议的存在与实践的改进有关。在多元回归分析中,认知水平越高,英语实践越好。研究结果表明,可以通过制定和提供指南和协议、提供教育以及提高EN意识水平来改善护理实践。
