SUR LA PROBLEMATIQUE DU LIEN SOCIAL DANS LA PSYCHOSE

Résumé Dans le présent article, nous prenons appui sur la théorie de Jacques Lacan pour décrire quelle est la spécificité du lien social dans la psychose. Nous partons de la notion de signifiant, exposée en 1960, pour démontrer que celle-ci est en relation avec ce que Lacan théorisé, en 1970, à propos du discours et du lien social. C'est ainsi que nous arrivons à formuler que la problématique du lien social surgit chez les patients psychotiques lorsqu'il n'existe pas un rapport entre les signifiants déterminant la constitution subjective. Nous prouvons cette hypothèse en prenant compte d’un cas clinique et nous indiquons qu’il peut se présenter trois types de difficultés au niveau du lien social : 1) Les relations avec l’entourage seront interprétées à partir de la séquence Énigme-Perplexité-Certitude ; 2) Les rapports aux autres sont marqués par une certaine radicalité, et 3) Ce lien absolu provoque souvent le sentiment d’être abandonné.Mots-clés : lien social, discours, difficultés du lien social, psychose.ResumenEn el presente artículo, nos apoyamos en la teoría de Jacques Lacan para describir cuál es la especificidad del lazo social en la psicosis. Partimos de la noción de significante, expuesta en 1960, para demostrar que esta tiene relación con lo que Lacan teorizó, en 1970, a propósito del discurso y del lazo social. Así, llegamos a formular que la problemática del lazo social surge en los pacientes psicóticos cuando no existe una relación entre los significantes que determinan la constitución subjetiva. Probamos esta hipótesis teniendo en cuenta un caso clínico e indicamos que se pueden presentar tres tipos de dificultades a nivel del lazo social: 1) las relaciones con el entorno serán interpretadas a partir de la secuencia Enigma-Perplejidad-Certeza; 2) las relaciones con los otros están marcadas por cierta radicalidad; 3) este lazo absoluto provoca a menudo el sentimiento de estar abandonado.Palabras clave: lazo social, discurso, dificultades del lazo social, psicosis.AbstractIn this paper, we base on Jacques Lacan's theory to describe the specificity of the social bond in psychosis. We start from the notion of signifier, presented in 1960, to prove that it has a relation to Lacan´s theorization, in 1970, on discourse and social bond. Thus, we formulate that the issue of the social bond arises in the psychotic patients when there is no relation among the signifiers which determine the subjective constitution. We prove such hypothesis by taking into account a clinic case and we indicate three possible difficulties in terms of the social bond: 1) the relations to the surroundings will be interpreted from the sequence Enigma-Perplexity-Certainty; 2) the relations to the others are marked by a certain radicalness; 3) this absolute bond often causes the feeling of being abandoned.Keywords: social bond, discourse, issues of the social bond, psychosis.
