摘要基于空间曲线啮合方程,提出了一种改进几何形状的新型斜齿轮机构。首先,基于空间曲线啮合理论推导了理论接触曲线方程;然后,根据接触曲线,构建凹凸啮合形式的齿面;通过确定设计传动误差,修正理论接触曲线,改进齿形。研究了中心距误差对传动误差的影响,以及修齿对传动误差和最大接触应力的影响。结果表明,改进后的齿轮传动的传动误差曲线更加平滑。改进后的齿轮传动的最大接触应力同步降低。
