The purpose of the research is to examine the source of the internal quality assurance authority of the correctional higher education, and review the implementation of the internal quality assurance of the correctional higher education. Research methods are carried out by qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations and literature studies, then data were analyzed qualitative descriptive. The results of the research can be concluded first, the source of authority for internal quality assurance in the field of correctional higher education is the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 62 of 2016 concerning the Higher Education Quality Assurance System and the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 27 of 2000 concerning the Statute of the Polytechnic of Correctional Sciences. 摘要

高等教育质量的实施是通过高等教育标准的确定、实施、评价、控制和改进来实施高等教育质量保证体系来实现的。本研究旨在检视我国惩教高等教育内部质量保证权力的来源,检视我国惩教高等教育内部质量保证的实施情况。研究方法采用定性方法,采用观察法和文献研究法进行数据收集,然后对数据进行定性描述分析。研究结果可以首先得出结论,惩教高等教育领域内部质量保证的权威来源是研究、技术和高等教育部长关于高等教育质量保证体系的2016年第62号条例和法律和人权部长关于惩教科学理工学院章程的2000年第27号条例。二是通过建立质量保证单位组织,编制内部质量保证体系文件,实施质量监督,实现了内部质量保证权在惩教高等教育领域的落实。
